Seasonings |
For every one pound browned ground beef, stir
in ¼ cup seasoning into ¾ cup water. Bring to
a boil. Let simmer 15 minutes. |

Cheese
Sauce |
¼
cup cheese mix
2 tablespoons cornstarch |
½
cup milk
1 tablespoon butter |
Blend cheese mix and starch together in saucepan. Star in
milk and butter. Place on medium heat, starring with whip
until thick and heated through. Pour over vegetables, omelets,
sandwiches, or over tortilla chips for nachos.

Horseradish |

minutes before serving: |

tablespoon horseradish (powder or granulated) with 2 tablespoons
water. Add ½ cup heavy cream. Just before serving:
Add salt, sugar, and a bit of vinegar to taste. |

Sour
Cream & Onion Mix |

Use: |
Mix 8 oz. sour cream or yogurt with 3 tablespoons of mix.
Stir until well blended. Chill at least 1/2 hour before serving. |

Blackened
Redfish |

oz. Filets of Redfish, about 5 long
(any Redfish ie: Snapper, Salmon, Channel Bass, etc.
8 tablespoons butter
4 tablespoons (approx,) Rafals Cajun Seasoning |
Heat large frying pan red hot. Dip Redfish in
butter, then in seasoning to coat both sides completely. Drop
2 tablespoons butter, per fillet, into hot pan and fry fish
2-2 ½ minutes on each side until fish appears charred.
Serve with rice topped with Creole Sauce. Serves 4 |

Kahlua |

Cups sugar
1 vanilla bean (split in half lengthwise |

oz. Jar instant coffee
1 fifth 80 proof vodka |
Mix 3 cups water and sugar in saucepan. Bring to a boil and
reduce heat. Simmer for 20 minutes, then removes from heat
completely.
Add vanilla bean halves to sugar mixture and let stand until
completely cool.
Mix 1 cup boiling water with coffee, let stand until cold.
Mix sugar mixture, coffee and vodka. Place in ½ gallon
container, cover lightly. Let mixture stand for 2 weeks, then
remove vanilla bean halves. Pour into decanters and serve.

completely.

completely cool.
Mix 1 cup boiling water with coffee, let stand until cold.
Mix sugar mixture, coffee and vodka. Place in ½ gallon
container, cover lightly. Let mixture stand for 2 weeks, then
remove vanilla bean halves. Pour into decanters and serve.
